Pressed to Impress, LLC ships orders via USPS (First Class Package and Priority) and FedEx Ground. Please choose your preferred method at checkout. All customers will receive tracking information after their order is complete. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the order is over $75 to qualify for free shipping and Pressed to Impress, LLC will cover shipping costs. If the overage is less than $2, most of the refund will be consumed by fees.
If a package cannot be delivered to you (incorrect address entered at checkout or delivery issue), and is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of resending the order.
We have made every effort to have accurate dimensions and weights for our products. However if your paid shipping costs are more than $2 of actual shipping costs, we will refund that overage to you.
LOCAL PICKUP is available for customers whose zip codes are 21 miles or less from 19061. For safety reasons, our address is not public. The exact pickup address will be provided upon order completion for those selecting this option. Please plan to pickup your order within 5 days of completion as we do not have storage space to accommodate customer orders for a longer period of time. Pressed to Impress, LLC does not make deliveries. If you select this option accidentally (it is default as the cheapest option for customer) at checkout and prefer to have it shipped, we will need to invoice you for shipping costs separately (+3% to cover fees) before your order is shipped.
