We offer refunds ONLY in the event Pressed to Impress, LLC has made a mistake. If your custom made item has an error, we will correct it at our expense or refund your costs.
We do not offer refunds when a customer has changed their mind (customization options, style, etc. or buyer’s remorse) or hasn’t received their order due to a shipping delay beyond our control. If a proof of your customization was provided, we do not offer refunds when the item has been completed bearing your previously approved customization.
Please make informed choices regarding size, design options, colors, etc. Often, we will begin working on your order within hours of receiving it so once this process has started, it cannot be undone. We can’t “save” the product for a future order since we don’t stock premade items and there is no guarantee it will be sold.
If you have questions about a product, please email, text, or call us BEFORE you place your order so we can walk you through it or provide a mockup, if needed.
Each item we sell is made AFTER an order is placed. We are able to customize the majority of our products since each is handmade. As such, we do not have products available to exchange (it would have to be made just like any other order). We encourage you to check the size and measurement chart for clothing before ordering to make sure it will work for you. We also don’t feel comfortable selling a product that has been in the possession of another customer if the customer has worn or used the merchandise as it could have odors from perfumes, colognes, or smoke or be covered in pet hair or dander. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
