Custom Design Consultation Process

Creating unique, custom designs are at the heart of our business. Therefore, a complimentary, 30-minute consultation is included with each custom order without any obligation to make a purchase.  

We will discuss your idea by phone or email.  Then, I will design 2-3 options for graphics and/or fonts that fit your vision.   Once you have reviewed the first drafts, I will make edits based on your suggestions and send them back to you for approval.  At this point, I hope that one of the drafts captures your idea perfectly or with very few changes.  However, we will continue to work together until you are completely satisfied.  Due to the time and work required to create and draft a design, $20 will be charged for each hour of consultation (by phone, text, email) after the initial 30-minute, complimentary consultation and will be due BEFORE we continue the process.  Any unused consultation fees are non-refundable, but can be applied to your product order.

Many custom order companies require a deposit up front.  We don’t require a deposit but need as much information from you as possible to make the complimentary consultation successful. We hope that you are so pleased with your consultation that you will allow Pressed to Impress to create your product and thank you in advance for the opportunity to earn your business.

NOTE: Pressed to Impress, LLC cannot make any products that include trademarked logos or resemble  trademarked logos such that a reasonable person or general public would regard the image as the actual trademarked brand.  If you have included a trademarked logo or image in your custom product design for which you or Pressed to Impress, LLC does not have the rights to reproduce, it cannot be legally created for sale. We will notify you of this issue immediately upon review of your request, if applicable.
