Since items are handmade and custom-made to order (we do not have a warehouse of items ready to ship in every possible color combination and size), please allow 7-10 days to receive your item. A shipping estimate will be given at the time of the final proof approval and you will receive a tracking number for your shipment. If you are local to the Philadelphia area, your item may be hand-delivered to a safe, public meeting point. Some items, such as glitter tumblers, have longer production times (2-3 weeks), but you will be made aware of an estimated production period at the time of your order.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our business as the items are custom made for each individual customer. Every effort will be made to ensure your item meets your expectations and it will not be created until AFTER you have approved the final proof. Once the final proof is approved, the order cannot be changed. If you receive your order and it is different than your final proof due to an error on our part, your item will be remade at no cost to you.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been completed as well as when its status changes (e.g. in transit, out for delivery, etc.).

Your items will be grouped in as few packages as possible to minimize shipping costs.
If a name or monogram is integral to the design, there generally isn’t an additional charge to personalize (e.g. monogram towels, monogram onesie, monogram license plate, etc.) Other items may have a small charge for personalization that reflect the additional labor needed to set up design and produce this additional graphic. Generally, the base price of an item is comparable to other retailers that provide the same item, but the ability to personalize sets Pressed to Impress apart from the others.
